These Seller Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your registration, listing, selling, and participation as a seller on SmartTradeHunt.com.

By registering as a seller, listing products/services, or using seller-related features on the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use seller services on SmartTradeHunt.com.


1. Seller Eligibility

To register as a seller, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to operate a business

  • Provide accurate registration details

2. Seller Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • All activities conducted under your account

  • Updating account details when information changes

You must notify SmartTradeHunt immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.


3. Product Listings

Sellers must ensure all listings are:

  • Dimensions

  • Pricing

  • Quantity

  • Warranty (if applicable)

Truthful

You may not:

  • Misrepresent products

  • Use deceptive descriptions

  • Post misleading images

  • Inflate product features

Appropriate

Prohibited listings include:

  • Illegal products

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Stolen goods

  • Dangerous or restricted items

  • Adult or offensive materials prohibited by law

  • Fraudulent digital products

  • Copyright-infringing products

  • Products violating third-party intellectual property rights

SmartTradeHunt may remove listings without notice.


4. Product Images & Content Ownership

By uploading product images, videos, descriptions, logos, or branding materials, you confirm:

  • You own the rights to use them, or

  • You have proper authorization

You grant SmartTradeHunt a non-exclusive license to display, promote, reproduce, and market your listing content for platform operations and promotional activities.

You remain the original owner of your content.


5. Pricing Responsibility

Sellers control their own pricing.

Prices must:

  • Be fair and honest

  • Include accurate currency display

  • Not contain hidden charges

  • Reflect actual product value

SmartTradeHunt may review suspicious pricing manipulation or abuse.


6. Inventory Management

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate stock availability.

You must promptly update listings when:

  • Products are sold elsewhere

  • Inventory changes

  • Products become unavailable

Repeated overselling may result in account restrictions.


7. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must:

  • Process orders promptly

  • Ship within stated handling times

  • Provide valid tracking where applicable

  • Deliver products as described

Failure to fulfill orders consistently may result in:

  • Listing suspension

  • Seller account penalties

  • Reduced seller visibility

  • Permanent removal


8. Shipping Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Secure packaging

  • Correct shipping information

  • Delivery compliance

  • Customs documentation where required

SmartTradeHunt is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier failures

  • Customs inspections

  • Force majeure events

  • Incorrect seller-provided shipment information


9. Refunds, Returns & Disputes

Sellers must follow SmartTradeHunt’s refund and return policies.

If a buyer requests a refund:

  • Sellers may approve or reject based on policy compliance

  • Buyers may dispute rejected refund requests

  • SmartTradeHunt may review disputes and issue final resolutions

Sellers agree to cooperate fully in dispute investigations.

Failure to comply may result in penalties or fund adjustments.


10. Seller Wallet & Payments

Seller earnings are processed through the SmartTradeHunt seller wallet system.

Funds move through status stages such as:

  • Pending Balance

  • Available Balance

  • Withdrawn Balance

  • Reversed/Refund Adjustments where applicable

Funds may be temporarily held for:

  • Order verification

  • Refund windows

  • Fraud prevention

  • Dispute investigations

Withdrawal processing may require identity verification.


11. Platform Fees & Commissions

SmartTradeHunt may charge:

  • Listing fees

  • Sales commissions

  • Withdrawal processing fees

  • Subscription or premium seller fees (if applicable)

Applicable fees will be shown within seller dashboard settings or platform notices.

Fees may change with prior notice.


12. Prohibited Seller Conduct

Sellers must not:

  • Manipulate ratings or reviews

  • Create fake transactions

  • Circumvent platform payment systems

  • Contact buyers for off-platform payments

  • Harass customers

  • Use abusive language

  • Upload malware or harmful files

  • Attempt unauthorized platform access

  • Abuse promotional systems

  • Exploit platform vulnerabilities

Violations may lead to immediate suspension.


13. Intellectual Property Violations

Sellers may not upload or sell materials that infringe:

  • Copyrights

  • Trademarks

  • Patents

  • Brand ownership rights

SmartTradeHunt may remove infringing content immediately and suspend repeat offenders.


14. Account Suspension & Termination

SmartTradeHunt may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Repeated customer complaints

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Non-compliance with legal requirements

  • Harmful platform behavior

Termination may include withholding funds during investigations where legally required.


15. Seller Performance Monitoring

Seller performance may be evaluated based on:

  • Fulfillment rate

  • Delivery speed

  • Refund/dispute history

  • Customer satisfaction

  • Listing quality

  • Policy compliance

Poor performance may reduce marketplace visibility or lead to restrictions.


16. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting taxes

  • Collecting required taxes where applicable

  • Business licensing compliance

  • Customs/export compliance

  • Local legal obligations

SmartTradeHunt does not provide tax or legal advice.


17. Limitation of Liability

SmartTradeHunt is not liable for:

  • Seller business losses

  • Shipping carrier failures

  • Customer misuse of products

  • Market fluctuations

  • Indirect financial damages

  • Third-party technical interruptions

Platform services are provided “as available.”


18. Indemnification

Sellers agree to defend and indemnify SmartTradeHunt against claims arising from:

  • Seller products

  • Seller misconduct

  • Legal violations

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Customer harm caused by seller negligence


19. Changes to Terms

SmartTradeHunt may update these terms at any time.

Updated terms become effective upon posting.

Continued seller activity after updates constitutes acceptance.


20. Governing Rules

These terms are governed by applicable marketplace operation laws and platform policies.

Disputes should first be resolved through SmartTradeHunt internal resolution procedures before external legal action where permitted.
