SmartTradeHunt:

• Product labeling requirements

• Environmental regulations

• Health and safety standards

• Local import/export restrictions

Listings violating laws may be removed immediately without notice.

4. Prohibited Goods and Restricted Listings

Sellers may not list, advertise, or sell prohibited or restricted items including but not limited to:

• Counterfeit goods

• Stolen goods

• Illegal substances

• Dangerous or regulated weapons

• Fraudulent digital products

• Copyright-infringing content

• Unauthorized replicas

• Products promoting unlawful conduct

SmartTradeHunt reserves sole discretion to determine prohibited listings.

5. Intellectual Property Compliance

Sellers must respect all intellectual property rights.

Sellers may not upload or sell content that infringes:

• Copyright

• Trademark

• Patent

• Design rights

• Brand identity

• Proprietary digital assets

Sellers are legally liable for infringement claims arising from their listings.

SmartTradeHunt may remove infringing content and suspend repeat violators.

6. Seller Listing Accuracy

Sellers are legally responsible for ensuring all listing information is accurate, including:

• Product title

• Images

• Descriptions

• Specifications

• Certifications

• Condition

• Pricing

• Warranty information

• Delivery timelines

• Return eligibility

Misrepresentation may result in removal, suspension, financial penalties, or legal reporting where required.

7. Financial Compliance

Sellers are responsible for:

• Accurate pricing

• Lawful payment receipt

• Proper tax declarations

• Refund obligations

• Financial recordkeeping

• Compliance with anti-fraud laws

SmartTradeHunt may freeze, delay, adjust, or reverse seller balances where fraud, abuse, disputes, or legal concerns exist.

8. Marketplace Monitoring Rights

SmartTradeHunt reserves the right to:

• Review seller listings

• Remove listings

• Suspend seller privileges

• Hold transactions for investigation

• Request identity or business verification

• Restrict account functionality

• Permanently terminate seller access

These actions may be taken to protect buyers, sellers, marketplace integrity, or legal compliance.

9. Consumer Disputes

Sellers accept full legal responsibility for buyer disputes arising from:

• Product defects

• Misrepresentation

• Delivery failures

• Warranty disputes

• Refund refusals

• Product safety complaints

• Legal non-compliance

SmartTradeHunt may intervene for resolution purposes but does not assume seller liability.

Platform decisions on internal disputes are final unless otherwise required by law.

10. Data & Privacy Compliance

Sellers must handle customer information lawfully.

Sellers may not:

• Sell customer data

• Share private customer information

• Use customer data outside legitimate order fulfillment

• Contact customers for unauthorized solicitation

• Retain sensitive customer data unlawfully

Privacy violations may result in immediate termination and legal reporting where required.

11. Account Verification Rights

SmartTradeHunt may require sellers to provide:

• Government-issued identification

• Business registration documents

• Tax registration evidence

• Banking verification

• Address verification

• Compliance certifications

Failure to provide requested verification may result in account restriction or closure.

12. Limitation of Platform Liability

SmartTradeHunt is not legally liable for:

• Seller financial losses

• Business interruption

• Inventory losses

• Third-party logistics failures

• Regulatory enforcement against sellers

• Buyer misuse of products

• Seller legal non-compliance

• External payment provider failures

Platform services are provided on an “as available” basis.

13. Indemnification

Sellers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SmartTradeHunt and its affiliates against claims arising from:

• Seller legal violations

• Product defects

• Intellectual property infringement

• Consumer harm

• Misrepresentation

• Fraudulent conduct

• Tax non-compliance

• Regulatory penalties caused by seller conduct

• Courts

• Consumer protection agencies

• Intellectual property rights holders

Seller information may be disclosed when legally required.
