Buyers may request cancellation when:

Release schedule

Sellers must notify buyers promptly.
Buyers may be entitled to cancellation where changes are substantial.
Pre-order allocations may be limited by:

Supplier allocation caps
Import limitations
Production shortages
If overselling occurs, SmartTradeHunt may prioritize fulfillment according to order sequence unless otherwise required by law.
Affected buyers may receive refunds.

The following are strictly prohibited:

False manufacturer claims
Misleading release schedules
Artificial scarcity manipulation
Repeated cancellation abuse
Violations may result in immediate seller termination and possible legal reporting.
SmartTradeHunt is not liable for:
Manufacturer delays
Supplier failures
Customs restrictions
Shipping disruptions
Seller production failures
External market shortages
Product specification changes by original manufacturers
Platform services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Sellers remain fully responsible for:
Honest disclosure
Accurate fulfillment estimates
Timely communication
Buyer refunds where required
Legal compliance related to pre-order sales
Seller misconduct may result in financial holds or account removal.
SmartTradeHunt may revise these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
